Planning Board Public Hearing Notices

PLANNING BOARD HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regular Meeting of the Planning Board, of the Town of Clay, will be held on September 24, 2025.  The pre-agenda meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M. and public hearings starting at 7:30 P.M., at the Clay Town Hall, 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York pursuant to applicable provisions of the Town of Clay Zoning Ordinance to consider the following:

Case #2025-040 – for a ZONE CHANGE REFERRAL application by Derek Persse/Rich Family Subdivision to change the zone from RA-100 Residential Agricultural Zoning District to R-10 One-Family Residential Zoning District, Tax Map #074.-01-12.6, to allow for the creation of four (4) new tax parcels out of two (2) existing parcels.  The property is located on 8100-8101 Oasis Lane.  The PLANNING BOARD has the responsibility to formulate a recommendation to the TOWN OF CLAY TOWN BOARD which, by law, has the power to grant or deny the application at a future date (to be announced by publication of a legal notice).

Case #2025-044 – for an AMENDED SITE PLAN application by Chad Mutter/7293 Buckley Road – EV Charging Station to allow installation of three (3) dual port level 2/48 amp charging stations.  The property which is the subject of this application is located at 7293 Buckley Road, Tax Map #107.-12-28.1 and located in the O-2 Office Zoning District. 

Case #2025-046 – for a SITE PLAN application by RailWorks Track Services, LLC, to construct and operate a rail spur that will receive stone aggregate materials and then transfer these materials to designated areas to support development at the White Pine Commerce Park.  The property, which is the subject of this application, is located on 8625 Caughdenoy Road, in the I-2 Industrial 2 Zoning District. 

At such time, all persons interested in said applications will be given an opportunity to be heard by the PLANNING BOARD. DATED 9/18/2025.

Public Hearing: WHITE PINE COMMERCE PARK - 10/06/2025 @ 7:35 P.M.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Clay will hold a Public Hearing on October 6, 2025, commencing at 7:35 P.M., local time, to consider Town Board Case #1237: WHITE PINE COMMERCE PARK, for a Zone Change from RA-100 Residential Agricultural District to I-2 Industrial 2 Zoning District, for land located at Burnet Road, Tax Map No. 049.-01-01.0; 8756 Burnet Road, Tax Map No. 049.-01-02.0; and 8765 Burnet Road, Tax Map No. 048.-01-23.2, consisting of +/-21.27 acres of land to accommodate Micron Semiconductor Plant. At such time all persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Taft Road, Tax Map Nos. 117.-09-25.0, 117.-09.24.0, 117.-09-23.0 & 117.-10-01.0, consisting of +/- 29.1 acres, to allow for construction of residential lots and two commercial lots.
