NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Clay will hold a Public Hearing on April 7, 2025, at 7:35 P.M. p.m., local time, at the Clay Town Hall, located at 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York to consider the application of Town Board Case #1223: NORTHERN CREDIT UNION to allow for a Zone Change from PDD Planned Development District & R-10 Residential District to NC-1 Neighborhood Commercial District on land located at 5004-5008 West Taft Road, Tax Map Nos. 116.1-01-04.1 and 116.1-01-05.0 to allow for construction of a Bank/Credit Union with a drive-in service on +/-2.52 acres of land. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Clay will hold a Public Hearing on April 7, 2025, at 7:38 P.M. p.m., local time, at the Clay Town Hall, located at 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York to consider the application of Town Board Case #1224: MCDONALD’S USA LLC., for a Special Permit pursuant to Section 230-16 C. (2)(e)[2] – Drive in Service, to allow for a restaurant with a drive-thru on land located at 4979 W. Taft Road, Tax Map No. 107.-20-01.1, consisting of +/- 1.33 acres of land. Property is located in the RC-1 Regional Commercial District and LuC-1 Limited Use for Gasoline Services districts. At such time all persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regular Meeting of the Planning Board, of the Town of Clay, will be held on March 19, 2025.  The pre-agenda meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M. and public hearings starting at 7:30 P.M., at the Clay Town Hall, 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York pursuant to applicable provisions of the Town of Clay Zoning Ordinance to consider the following:

Case #2025-008 - for a SPECIAL PERMIT REFFERAL application by Sonbyrne Sales, Inc./Clay-Dolshire Byrne Dairy, pursuant to Section 230-16 C.(2)(e)[7] – Special Use District for construction of a 4,232 square foot convenience store and gasoline fueling facilities (5 fueling dispensers). The property which is the subject of this application is located at 7190 Buckley Road, Tax Map #117.-02-47.0 and located in the RC-1 Regional Commercial Zoning District.

Case #2025-002 – for a ZONE CHANGE REFERRAL application by J. Alberici & Sons, Inc./Laurel Springs to change the zone from HC-1 Highway Commercial Zoning District to R-SR Senior Residence Zoning District, Tax Map #107.-18-12.0.  The zone change request is to allow for construction of senior restricted apartments.  The property is located at West Taft Road.  At such time the PLANNING BOARD will formulate its recommendation to the TOWN OF CLAY TOWN BOARD which, by law, has the power to grant or deny the application at a future date (to be announced by publication of a legal notice).

P.M. at the Clay Town Hall, located at 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York to solicit from Town of Clay residents their comments and input regarding the use of funds by the Town of Clay with respect to the applications for funding and for the five (5) year plan, filed with ONONDAGA COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT for the year 2025.
