Planning Board Hearings - February 12, 2025PLANNING BOARD HEARINGS, February 12, 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regular Meeting of the Planning Board, of the Town of Clay, will be held on February 12, 2025. The pre-agenda meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M. and public hearings starting at 7:30 P.M., at the Clay Town Hall, 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York pursuant to applicable provisions of the Town of Clay Zoning Ordinance to consider the following: Case #2024-068 – SPECIAL PERMIT REFERRAL pursuant to Section 230-17 E.(2)(a)[6] – Special Permit – for an application by Goguen Drive Realty, LLC to allow for a 1,000- gallon UL 142 Double Wall fuel tank for fueling of dump trucks and heavy equipment and to allow for smaller fuel tanks to be stored empty on-site between jobs.
