LEGAL NOTICE OF ESTOPPEL

The bond resolution, a summary of which is published herewith, has been adopted on August 19, 2024, and the validity of the obligations authorized by such resolution may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the Town of Clay, Onondaga County, State of New York, is not authorized to expend money, or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty days after the date of publication of this notice, or such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the Constitution.

A complete copy of the resolution summarized herewith is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Office of the Town Clerk for a period of twenty days from the date of publication of this Notice.

TOWN OF CLAY LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Clay will hold a Public Hearing on September 4, 2024, at 7:35 P.M. p.m. at the Clay Town Hall, located at 4401 State Route 31, Clay, New York to consider the application of LORA LAKOV/BRETT LINDSAY for a Special Permit pursuant to Section 230-16C.(2)(e)[4] Motor Vehicle Service, to allow for a motor vehicle maintenance and service shop on land located at 8015 Oswego Road, Tax Map No. 080.-01-01.0 consisting of +/- 2.0 acres of land. The property is located in the RC-1 Regional Commercial District. At such time all persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard.
