Dog License Forms

***NOW OFFERING 1, 2 OR 3 YEAR LICENSES***

(All dogs 4 months or older are required to be licensed). We handle dog license renewals, dog license tag replacements, and dog redemptions.

If your dog gets picked up by a Dog Control Officer, it will be taken to CNY SPCA. A redemption requires that the dog is or must be licensed, be up to date on its rabies, and redemption fees must be paid at the Town Clerk's Office before picking it up from the SPCA.

Dog licenses are valid for one, two or three year(s) based on the option chosen. Notification to renew dog license(s) is mailed to the dog's owner by the Town. When renewing, you will need to submit the associated fee and an updated rabies certificate (if the original has expired or is set to expire). If your dog has been recently spayed or neutered, the updated paperwork will need to be presented at this time.

• Intact Female/Intact Male:$15/year
