Town of Clay Winter Street Parking Information

No parking on town roads from November 1st – April 1st, between midnight and 8am.

Any vehicle parked during those hours will be towed to allow for plowing to continue. For violations residents can contact the sheriff during those hours for the situation to be handled.

·        All basketball hoops need to be off and away from the road. The Town is not responsible for fixing or repairing if they are hit by a plow.

·        Please put trash cans and recycling bins in driveways and not in the road.

Mailboxes: Only 4x4 wooden posts and metal boxes will be replaced. Please contact the highway department if hit by a snowplow. Plastic or any other type will be temporarily fixed, or a temp will be placed but it will be the residents responsibility to fix in the spring.
