Basic skills and fundamentals of the game will be stressed. There will
be reps from Brine, Nike and Maverick Lacrosse contest (radar gun and
accuracy). The last day of camp will have a surprise twist!
Ages/Times:
Kids entering Grades K-8: 8:30-10:00 AM.
Kids entering Grades 9-12: 10:30 AM-12:00 PM
Requirements: Each player should be prepared with a NCAA approved men's lacrosse stick,
gloves, helmet, arm pads and mouthpiece. Shoulder pads and rib pads are recommended
but not required. Helmets will be provided for campers who have none. In addition, each camp participant
should bring a water bottle clearly labeled. Water coolers will be supplied for
refilling.
Fees: $65.00 for both weeks/$50.00 for one week. If you
sign up before May 1st, the cost of the camp is $60.00 for both
weeks.

provide physical, technical, tactical and psychological training in a
fun and challenging environment.
STRENGTH & SPEED
CAMP-2010

Football Coach and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
Location: Cicero-North Syracuse High School
Dates: Begins June 28th-August 10th, 2010
Times/Schedule: Mon./Tues./Thurs./Fri.: Group 1:
12:00-2:00 PM or Group 2: 2:00-4:00 PM you register either time).
Ages: Boys entering 9th grade thru 12th. Specializing in
speed and strength training by using the latest technology in
equipment, along with sports specific running and lifting
techniques. The program consists of dynamic flexibility,
plyometrics, resisted & assisted sprinting, and football specific
weight lifting (explosive lifts, core exercise, full body movement,
etc.)
Equipment: Tee shirt, shorts, sneakers & cleats for
training on grass - BRING WATER!.
Fee: $85.00 if registered before the first day
of camp (6/27); $95.00 if registered after 6/28 (no exceptions). Because
of problems, would prefer you register before the program
begins. If that is a problem, please call to discuss!
